Stan S. Sapp,CPA, CHA
graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1979, and joined the international accounting firm Pannell Kerr Forster. Pannell Kerr Forster's expertise is in the hospitality field. After becoming a partner of Pannell Kerr Forster, he formed his own accounting and consulting firm in 1991, which later was named Sapp & Sapp, P.C. Stan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a past president of the Valley of the Sun Chapter of the Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals organization. Stan is also a Certified Hotel Administrator.

Cindy M. Sapp, CPA (RET), CHA
received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University in 1989, at which time she joined the international accounting firm, Pannell Kerr Forster. Cindy left Pannell Kerr Forster to join Stan's accounting and consulting firm. She later became a Director of Sapp & Sapp, P.C. Cindy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is a past president and treasurer of the Valley of the Sun Chapter of the Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals organization. She is a prior board member of Choice Hotels International Arizona and Region 12 Marketing Co-ops. Cindy is also a Certified Hotel Administrator.
